At Happy Hearts Kindergarten Nyeri - We are committed to the highest quality teaching in the core subjects. Our creative approach to learning encourages pupils to investigate and think critically whilst being inspired and enthused by close connections with everyday life.
We have designed an engaging curriculum using the Reggio Emilia approach intergrated with the local curriculum. The Reggio Emilia approach is is a student-centered and constructivist self-guided curriculum, that is poised to equip our young learners with the necessary skills for the 21st century.
In the future they will be required to be creative, have problem solving skills and an ability to adapt to change. We teach our learners the life-long skills that will enable them to succeed in a variety of situations throughout their time in school and in their adulthood.
Our broad mix of activities, access to specialist teaching and outstanding facilities all combine to offer every child the opportunity to find something in which they can excel so that everyone can reach the highest possible standards.
Extra-Curricular Activities are available for all learners and are selected on a termly basis giving students the chance to learn something new. Some of our activities may include (but are not limited to) Gymnastics, Swimming, Ballet, Music, Chess, Tae-kwo-ndo, Dance, Art, Drama, Cookery, Photography, Soccer, Scouts, Junior Golf and Skating.
